Policies

Below are our policies that we have in place to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all of our clients, while ensuring the safety of our clients and staff.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Being an appointment based industry it is also essential for our business that we try to minimise late cancellations and no shows to ensure our wonderful employees have a reliable place of work.

We require 25% deposit paid on all bookings or credit card holding.

Less than 24hrs notice will forfeit the 25% deposit.

Same day cancellations and no shows will incur a 100% charge.

If more than 24hrs notice is given your deposit will be refunded in full, our online or manual system may take up to 3 business days to see your funds returned.

Repeated late cancellation or no shows may require that for future bookings we take a full non refundable pre payment unless more than 24hrs is given.

Arrival Time

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to ensure we can provide you with a full service.

If you are a new client please arrive 10-15mins early as you will need to complete a new client consultation form.

Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time, if we have extra time after your appointment we will always accomodate and extend your appointment, but this can never be gauranteed.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.

In the case where you may need to bring a child it is our strict policy that they must be strapped into a stroller to ensure they are unable to move around the room, this is for their own safety as we use electric beds, potentially dangerous equipment and possibly toxic substances if consumed within our business.

Older children must be able to completly understand that they must stay in their chair and that the full responsibility is of the parents to ensure their safety.

Personal Belongings

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit.

We strive to provide exceptional service, but if you have any concerns or feedback please dont hesitate to share them with us.

Your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to address any issues.
